Yes. A $100 deposit is required if you book a color after the consultation or before the scheduled color appointment. The deposit secures your time slot and is applied to the final service total; further cancellation or rescheduling policies will be discussed.

Consultations typically take 20–45 minutes depending on hair length, condition assessment and the depth of discussion. We use that time to evaluate damage, review your care routine, set realistic goals, and reserve the appropriate appointment length and deposit requirements for your color service.

Yes—please bring or have photos of the color and styles you like, plus details about recent treatments, last color date, and daily hair care products. This information helps create an accurate plan and avoid surprises during the color appointment.

We can perform or schedule a patch test when needed. If you have sensitive skin, a history of reactions, or for certain color processes, a patch test may be recommended 48–72 hours before your color appointment to ensure safety.
